L'Oreal Skin Perfection ♥

Hello Lovlies.
Is it just me or have L'Oreal been pulling out all the stops recently? Love it! With that being said Tonights post is on a few products from the new Skin Perfection Range which I have been absolutely loving so enjoy.

First up is the ever so famous Micellar Solution, this product is taking the beauty and blogging world by storm it keeps cropping up everywhere and so far I haven't seen one bad word said about it. It is also being widely compared to the popular Bioderma Solution, I have even seen some people saying they actually prefer it, I haven't actually ever used Bioderma so I cant make the comparison but I will say I am loving this Product :) So it works as a 3in1, It claims to dissolve Make-up (even waterproof), Unclog pores and remove impurities and lastly tone and soothe skin. This does a fab job at quickly removing make-up it leaves nothing behind at all. I have actually mostly been using this as a toner as I have been using something else to remove my make-up which is coming up next :) I love the way this leaves your skin feeling so clean and fresh, its unscented which doesn't bother me at all it's not greasy or oily in the slightest it really does just feel like water on the skin. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I have used it up.

Now we have the 15 second Miracle Cleansing Oil, I literally am in love with this its brilliant!!! I was slightly sceptical at first as I wasn't sure how I felt about using an Oil on my face, my skin can be very temperamental as I have mentioned before so I was worried this might make me break out but regardless of that I liked the sound of it so I purchased some. The 15 second Miracle Oil claims to Dissolve Make-up and Re-balance and purify for healthy looking skin. At first I was like how are you going to wash an oil off your face as surely its waterproof, however when the oil comes in to contact with water it turns in to what I can only describe as a milky formula. You just take a few pumps of this and rub it all over your face massaging the eyes (if wearing eye make-up) and then rinse away, I cannot stress enough how well this removes make-up it removes every little trace and leaves your skin feeling SO clean, I used to use Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish but I actually prefer this, It also leaves the skin soft and looking really plump and healthy. This is without doubt my new favourite face product I will 100% repurchase this again and again and again I have seen vast improvements in my skins condition.

Lastly we have the Radiance Revealing Gentle Exfoliator. My skin care routine wouldn't be complete without an exfoliator I think they are a must even if you only use one once a week as I know some of them can be quite harsh on the skin, I  just don't think you can beat the feeling of your skin after a little exfoliation :) Now for as long as I can remember I have been using Soap and Glory's Scrub Your Nose In It but guess what...they have stopped selling it, what the helllllllll???? I think they have brought out a new formula but I cant seem to find it anywhere so when I saw this I was quite keen to give it a go. It has a delish peachy scent and is really fine grained and foams when you apply it,  the product is gentle enough to use everyday which I do, After I have used the oil to remove my make up I then use this just to remove any dead skin and whatever else is lurking. This leaves the skin feeling lovely and soft it also doesn't leave any tightness which sometimes you get with face washes. Again this is another winner in my eyes and I will more than likely repurchase this again.

Have you tried any products from the skin perfection range? Let me know your thoughts? What are your holy grail skin Products? Thanks for reading as always lovelies loads of love.

Lush Haul ♥

Hello my lovelies I hope your all having a lovely weekend.
As my post title suggests I've been shopping wahooooo, I shouldn't of really as I am desperately trying to save all my pennies for my holiday next month but I just couldn't help myself and it is with good reason that I went. I am having an absolute mare with my skin recently and its really getting me down, everyday a new spot seems to rear its ugly head, I think its down to me feeling a little under the weather and also I have been chopping and changing my foundations a lot recently so its probably my skins way of saying GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I decided I was going to treat my skin to some luxury and I have read so many rave reviews about Lush products, I have used their famous bath bombs and shower gels in the past but never any face products, so off I went, The lady who served me was an absolute sweetheart, so soo nice. She asked me what kind of  problems I was having with my skin and spent a good half an hour with me testing all the different products and talking me through them in detail 10/10 for customer service :)

Here's my haul...

First off we have the 9-5 Cleansing Lotion
"A simple yet beautiful liquid facial cleanser for those times when you’re in a hurry and need to just cleanse and go. We make this by steeping fresh dove orchids in almond oil overnight – then strain the petals out and use the infused oil as the base for this cleanser. Contains a lovely light fragrance of honeysuckle and ylang ylang". This cleanser claims to cleanse and clear the skin, I have seen a lot of posts on this saying how amazing it is for problem skin so fingers crossed it can help me.

Secondly we have Grease Lightning
"Spot Treatment, Strikes the spot with lightning precision This is for those times when something erupts on your face and you just need it gone as soon as possible. Grease Lightning is a clever combination of natural ingredients that attack spots without taking it out on the rest of your skin". The lady who served me said this was one of her favourite products and said it works amazingly well so again fingers crossed.

Thirdly we have Tea Tree Water
"Toner Water Comes to the aid of skin that has emergencies, Tea tree is a wonder oil for anyone with oily or spot prone skin. It has antibacterial, antiseptic and antimicrobal properties.
Where the skin needs balancing, where there are spots, gentle tea tree is just the job". This sounds perfect for me and its super easy to use as you just spritz it all over your face when needed even over make-up ladies, winner!!

"Stops you making a mountain out of a molehill, you know those times when you get one or two spots and it throws you into panic? Well, this mask is here to lend you a bit of perspective, to tell you to calm down, it’s not the end of the world and it’s nothing that can't be sorted. Basically, this is your best mate in a pot". I love the sound of this face mask, just what I need and I also cant express how amazing it smells!!!! I kinda want to eat it haha!

Okay so my last 2 products are not for my problem skin but I was drawn to them like a moth to a flame because well.. one is bright pink and the other one is glittery!!

Okay so we have BubbleGum Lip Scrub

How amazingly pink is this im in love, so this is an exfoliator for the lips, again I have seen so many rave reviews on this product, it smells amazing and makes an amazing base for lipstick. In the words of lush "scrub and buff your lips to softness, lick off the excess then apply your favourite Lush lip balm".

Its soooooo glittery!!! I was really intrigued by this product not only does it look really cool it smells amazing, you use this just like a bar of soap I thought it would dissolve or fall apart but it doesn't at all as the lady demonstrated it to me in a bowl of water, im looking forward to using this jelly.

So there's my haul I really hope these products can come to my rescue and help out my skin. I will do a Full review on the products after I have used them for a while so stay tuned for that. Thank you for reading, please leave me your comments I always reply to them. Do you like Lush? What are your favourite Lush Products?

Lots Of Love

Beach Hair Without the Beach ♥

Hello my lovelies I hope your all well.
So summer is on the horizon and I don't know about you  but I like to make my 'summer' beauty routine as simple and as natural as possible especially when it comes to my hair. I thought I would share with you the products and tools I use to create 'Beach waves' on my hair, I love the 'beachy' look its perfect for summer and so quick and effortless to achieve.

So there's a few posey piccies just to show you how my hair looks.

The Products And Tools Used.

Wash and dry your hair as you normally would, I often find it works better if you allow your hair to dry naturally but if you don't have the time or patience for this then it will still work perfectly on 'rough' blow-dried hair, also apply any leave-in treatments or heat protectors that you usually would use this wont affect the outcome at all.

So once my hair is dry I use my Mark Hill 'Wicked Wave Wand', when I first got this I thought I would be sitting in front of the mirror for hours like I did when I used to use a curling tong but my god this is the BEST hair tool ever the results it gives are amazing and its so quick to use, I would say to get all my hair wavy it takes me about 10 minutes if that even when I am wearing my extensions which are 22" it still takes only 10 minutes or so, I'll find a picture of me with my extensions in so you can see the results on longer hair also.

Once I have waved my Hair with my Wave Wand I use Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray, This is a Great product and an amazing dupe for the famous Bumble and Bumble surf spray. I spray a load in to my hands and then scrunch my hair from root to tip and shape it how I want to, by all means spray it directly on to your hair I just find it easier putting in in to my hands. It has great staying power and really does hold your style and it smells lovely and summery also.

My hair is very thick and frizzy so just for extra insurance I also use 'V05 Give me  texture Tousled spray' again I spray this in to my hands and scrunch it through my hair, this product isn't a salt spray more of like a gel/hairspray but IT DOES NOT make your hair crispy at all, its still very movable and soft to touch.

Lastly just for that Big Hair look I use 'V05 plump It Up Dry Backcomb Spray' This is a root booster so I spray on to my roots and rough my hair up, it saves backcombing your hair as this spray does it all for you. perfect.

when im in a rush or feeling lazy I skip the Wave Wand and Apply the salt spray directly to wet hair and leave it to dry naturally it still gives really lovely results when used this way. Salt spray would be a winner to take on holiday especially if your like me and constantly in and out of the pool, avoid those bad pool hair styles by spaying this in after your swim :)

I hope you have enjoyed my post please leave me you comments I will always reply to you, what products do you love for your hair? If you have any suggestions let me know I always love to find new products :)

Ohh just quickly here is a photo of me wearing extensions which I have styled with my Wave Wand.

Real Techniques ♥

Okay so as some of you might know last week I purchased my first Real Technique Brushes I got the Expert Face Brush and the Powder Brush, if you missed that post you can find it here.
Its not even been a week since I brought them and I have already gone back to boots to buy more I AM IN LOVE!! I cant believe I hadn't tried them sooner I absolutely love them.
Luckily boots still had their 3 for 2 on so I purchased another 3, im already itching to get more.
So here's what I got :)

One thing I love about the Real Technique brushes is that they are colour co-ordinated, so as you can see these have a pink metallic handle which is the 'Your finish/Perfected' collection.

Blush Brush:
Im in love with this brush, its so so soft and just feels amazing against your skin, it also holds the perfect amount of  blusher and applies it evenly to your face, the perfect shape of this brush also makes applying your blusher a breeze just one sweep to perfect blusher :)
10/10 for this brush!!!!

Stippling Brush:

You can use this brush with all sorts of products which is a winner, I have been using it for foundation and cream highlighters. It applies foundation evenly and flawlessly but without giving that cakey effect, it makes your foundation look really natural which is perfect for everyday make-up :) Its also great for Applying cream stick highlighters to the cheekbones.

Setting Brush:
I love love loveeeee this little brush I am using it to apply powder highlighter to my cheekbones and nose, its the perfect shape and it applies just the right amount of product for a really nice glow.
You can also use it for contouring and as the name suggests setting concealer :)
Guess what another 10/10 from me!!!

I really am so impressed with these brushes I cant say enough about them, I am determined to own the whole collection :)
What I also love about this range of brushes is there are online step by step tutorials which show you all the different ways to use the brushes which is super handy click here to visit the website. For those of you that don't know the creator of these wonderful brushes is Samantha Chapman who of course is one of the lovely pixiwoo ladies so no wonder the brushes are so amazing :)

Please leave me your comments I love reading them and will always reply to you, what are your favourite brushes? have you used Real Techniques?

3 for 2 at Boots ♥

I love Boots its one of those places where you go in for one thing and come out with hundreds!! I needed some Toothpaste (whayyyyy) so in to Boots I went, I soon realised it was 3 for 2 on all beauty products (uhh ohh) I also had some Advantage card vouchers that I had been sent last month and needed to use up, they were for double points so I decided to have a little look around and see what bargains I could find. I found myself in the 'make-up tools' section and saw all the brushes were in the 3 for 2 offer I couldn't resist.

My Bargains:
I have read so so so many amazing reviews on Real Techniques and every time I watch YouTube tutorials I swear they always use them. I didn't actually know Boots sold Them im sure if  I did I would have purchased them a long time ago, so you can imagine how happy I was when I saw them and the fact they were in the 3 for 2!!! I also got a Ecotools brush another make I have never used before but have read equally good reviews on.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush £9.99:
This Brush is for cream or liquid foundation application. I am actually in love with this brush and dare I say it but I actually prefer it to my Mac duo fibre face brush!! I love the shape and the firm bristles, it makes foundation application effortless and the shape really helps you get in all the hard to reach areas on your face resulting in perfect flawless application :) 10/10 from me.

Real Techniques Powder Brush £12.99:
This brush is another winner in my eyes its super soft and really big so putting on powder is so easy. It really picks up the powder and holds on to it as sometimes I find I really have to rub my brush around before it picks any powder up but this I just dap in it and there's plenty on there. Another 10/10

Ecotools Domed Bronzer Brush £10.99:
This is a gorgeous brush the handle is lovely and big and the bristles are again super soft, my bronzer brush before was a lot harder so this new one will take a little getting used to as I think im going to have to be a bit more rough when picking up the bronzer but nevertheless I love it, it also comes with a really cute 'eco pouch' to keep it in :)

So as I said I got these brushes in the 3 for 2 sale so I managed to get all three of these brushes for £23.98 instead of £33.97 which I think it a total bargain seeing as some high end make up brushes would cost A LOT more for just one brush!!! I also earned my self £5 in Boots advantage card points woohoo!!

Leave me your comments as I always read and reply to them :) have you used any of these brushes? what do you think? what are your favourite brushes?

***GIVEAWAY***
In case you haven't seen I am having a giveaway so make sure you enter to be in with a chance of winning some MAC and Soap and Glory goodies!!!

Soap and Glory-Scrub Your Nose In It ♥

Hello Lovelies!!
I wanted to do a quick post on one of my all time favourite face products 'soap and glory's Scrub Your Nose In It' because ...well I think it really deserves one!!
I have been using this product for years, I first came across it when I was desperately searching the shelves in Boots for a product that was actually going to help my skin and not make it worse which most drug store skin products seemed to do and believe me I had tried EVERYTHING. I used to suffer with really bad skin when I was younger I also had/still have very sensitive skin which can be extremely temperamental, even to this day though my skin is now clear I get scared of using new products in case my skin flares up.
Anyway so there I was scanning the shelves and Scrub Your Nose In It caught my eye, I wont lie the reason it caught my eye was purely because it was in a pink tube and I really liked the style of it (well done Soap and Glory) so I had a read of the back liked what it said and thought I would try it out, how glad I am that I did :)

The Product:
in the words of Soap and Glory: "At last - a simple solution for large pores and clogging. Just Scrub Your Nose In It™ with this amazing face scrub. Our fruit-acid formula leaves skin looking bright and radiant."
As the name suggests it is a scrub but its so fine that it is gentle enough to use everyday, it also doubles up as a mask Soap and Glory say: "Just leave a thin layer on skin 3 minutes longer for an oil absorbing, brightening pore cleansing mask." I often use it as a mask before a night out or if I am having a bad skin day.
I really don't think I could say enough amazing things about this product after I have used it my skin always look flawless and radiant, it absorbs any excess oils on the face and leaves your skin soft and smooth.
Although the product doesn't claim to 'clear' skin up or be a 'spot' treatment in anyway it really did wonders for my skin, with regular use my spots slowly started to disappear.
Even my Brother uses this (he will kill me for announcing that haha) he works with food so his skin is very oily and greasy from work and he is prone to breakouts, he had run out of his own face wash so grabbed the nearest thing to him around the sink which happened to be Scrub Your Nose In It he liked it so much he carried on using it (without asking I might add) until I noticed It was quickly going down, so I went to blame my mum and my brother was like umm sorry its me using it, so next time I went to get some I got some for him and he's been using it ever since, he finds it really clears his skin up to and removes ALL traces of oil.
It smells amazing too its minty and fruity at the same time if that makes sense so you really do get that super fresh feeling.
I purchase it from Boots they sell it for £7.50 for 125ml, Boots more often than not has 3 for 2 on all beauty and skincare products so I always stock up and it lasts a long time as you only need a pea sized amount.

If you didn't already guess I would give this product an easy 10/10!!! Its by far my favourite product in my skincare routine and its in a pretty pink tube bonus :)

Thank you for taking the time to ready my post please comment below with any questions or recommendations of your own, have you used this? what did you think? let me know I read and appreciate all of your comments :)
