My Very Little Beauty Haul ♥

hellooooooooo.
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend, I just thought I would Share with you my new little beauty buys nothing amazingly exciting but new products none the less :)

'Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner' £6.99 Each.
Okay so I have always been quite a snob when it came to products I used in my hair but with good reason after my complete hair disaster. (if you missed that post find it here) I have been a slave to Kerastase 'Bain De Resistance' Shampoo and conditioner for the last year or so but as amazing as it is it comes with a very hefty price tag and would cost me well over £30 when I repurchased both 'gulp'. Now my hair is back in good condition I thought I might start looking for more affordable shampoo's and conditioner's also its always good to have a mix up so your hair doesn't become used to a product and therefore the product stops doing its job. Anyways I came across the brand Organix in Tesco I have seen this Brand a few times in lots of different shops but never had a proper look, I really liked the sound of them and as im loving my actual 'Moroccanoil' of late I thought I would give these a whirl so I shall let you know how I get on.  "A unique, precious blend of Moroccan Argan Oil which helps to instantly penetrate the hair shaft restoring shine and softness while helping to strengthen and protect hair from harmful heat styling and UV damage and create soft seductive, silky perfection" sounds promising!!

'Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Anti Breakage Serum' £6.99
Lucky for me it was 3for2 in Tesco over all hair care so I picked up this little beauty as well, I really loved the sound of this and im a sucker for a hair treatment so again I shall let you know how I get on with this. Also its Coconut my most favourite scent ever and also coconut is great for hair so I have high hopes. "Indulge your senses with this exclusive blend of coconut milk to help nourish your hair while ultra whipped egg white proteins help add strength and elasticity, along with weightless coconut oils for added hydration and balance"

'Garnier Moisture Match Ultra Hydrating Rich Cream For Dry skin' £5.99
I have recently been on the hunt for a new moisturiser, I have been using Clinique's Dramatically Different moisturiser for a while, I like it but I don't think its that amazing and its also on the pricey side so for me not to be 100% on it isn't ideal. I have seen the new Garnier moisturisers advertised in allllllll my magazines and actually received a tester sachet in Cosmo of the Illuminating one but I have very dry skin so unfortunately that one was no good for my skin. Il see how I get on with this as I have mentioned before my skin is very temperamental and doesn't take to kindly to change so hopefully I wont break out in a million spots.

Have you used any of these products? If so what did you think? Or can you recommend any good products for me to try? Please leave your comments I always read and reply to them, thank you for reading.

Lots Of Love

My First Ever GlossyBox//May 2013 ♥

Good evening my beauties.
Tonight's post is all about my first ever GlossyBox, I know I am like a million years late with the GlossyBox trend but its something I've always loved the idea of and every time I see posts on them I think to myself ohhhh I want one but I never get round to subscribing. However this month I finally did it yaaaaaaay!! For those who are not familiar with GlossyBox Its £10 a month with the added cost of P&P which is £2.95 so it comes to a monthly total of £12.95 and GlossyBox guarantee the contents of the box is always more than what you pay.

As you can imagine the second I subscribed I was mega excited for my first box to arrive, I ordered it last Monday evening and it came Saturday (just gone) morning. I fell in love with the packaging alone the super cute box, tissue paper and ribbons, massive love heart eyes eeeek!!

What was in my box.

1. Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes Mascara
2.Headline Colours Nail Polish in colour 'Twisted Silk'

3. L'Occitane Hydration Cream (for face)
4.Beautiful Movements Prime And Create Mixing Medium
4.Caudalie Divine Oil (for body, face and hair)

I was really happy with the contents of my box :) I am yet to use everything that I recieved but I will say I have been using the L'Occitane Hydration cream and I absolutely love it I will 100% be repurchasing this!!

Having something to look forward to each month is really exciting and I cannot wait for my next box. Are you a GlossyBox subscriber? If so what do you think? Please leave me your comments or questions I always read and reply to them :) thanks for reading lovelies.

Sleek Make-up Lip 4 Lipstick Palettes ♥

Hello Lovelies.
Okay so Todays post is all about the Sleek lip 4 Palettes, ever since I saw these were due to launch I have been way to excited, so when I found myself in Superdrug on the weekend and they had 3for2 on I couldn't resist.

Okay so the Palettes come in the standard sophisticated black Sleek packaging and they are made up of four highly pigmented lipsticks with matte, gloss and satin finishes, they also contain a mirror and a mini applicator brush. The selection of colours were gorgeous I think I must of been stood there choosing and swatching for like 30 minutes, in the end I chose Siren, Ballet and Showgirl. They retail for £8.99 which I think is an Absolute bargain even more so if you get in quick while the 3for2 is on :)

Ballet:
As you can see this is a really delicate and natural palette with colours very similar to skin tones, I wasn't sure how this was going to look on but it actually looked really cute and so natural, I have been using the colours from this palette for my everyday looks.

Showgirl:
How gorgeous are these colours!!!! I am in love and just look at the pigmentation, amazing!! I love absolutely all of these shades and being a massive pink lipstick fan I knew they would look lovely on. If you look at the bottom swatch on my hand isn't that colour a dead ringer for MACS Amplified lipstick??

Siren:
Again just look at the pigmentation of these colours!!! I wouldn't normally go for colours this risky but I thought I would take a chance and try something a little different go me!! I wasn't disappointed, to my surprise the colours looked really cool on and I will definitely be making full use of this on nights out also the second swatch on my hand is gorgeous for in the day as its nice and light.

So there are the colours I chose, I really like how you have a mix of gloss, matte and satin finishes its really nice to have the choice, also the palettes are super buildable so you can have as much or as little colour as you like, you can also blend the colours together to create a whole new look which is good as its always fun to have a play around. Another bonus is I didn't find them drying at all as there is nothing worse than when you put some lipstick on and your lips feel soooooo dry and dehydrated ergh! I am so impressed with these lip palettes definitely my new favourites Sleek never disappoints does it!!

Have you tried the lip 4 palettes? What did you think? please leave me your comments I always read and reply to them :) Thanks for reading girls!!

Lush Haul ♥

Hello my lovelies I hope your all having a lovely weekend.
As my post title suggests I've been shopping wahooooo, I shouldn't of really as I am desperately trying to save all my pennies for my holiday next month but I just couldn't help myself and it is with good reason that I went. I am having an absolute mare with my skin recently and its really getting me down, everyday a new spot seems to rear its ugly head, I think its down to me feeling a little under the weather and also I have been chopping and changing my foundations a lot recently so its probably my skins way of saying GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I decided I was going to treat my skin to some luxury and I have read so many rave reviews about Lush products, I have used their famous bath bombs and shower gels in the past but never any face products, so off I went, The lady who served me was an absolute sweetheart, so soo nice. She asked me what kind of  problems I was having with my skin and spent a good half an hour with me testing all the different products and talking me through them in detail 10/10 for customer service :)

Here's my haul...

First off we have the 9-5 Cleansing Lotion
"A simple yet beautiful liquid facial cleanser for those times when you’re in a hurry and need to just cleanse and go. We make this by steeping fresh dove orchids in almond oil overnight – then strain the petals out and use the infused oil as the base for this cleanser. Contains a lovely light fragrance of honeysuckle and ylang ylang". This cleanser claims to cleanse and clear the skin, I have seen a lot of posts on this saying how amazing it is for problem skin so fingers crossed it can help me.

Secondly we have Grease Lightning
"Spot Treatment, Strikes the spot with lightning precision This is for those times when something erupts on your face and you just need it gone as soon as possible. Grease Lightning is a clever combination of natural ingredients that attack spots without taking it out on the rest of your skin". The lady who served me said this was one of her favourite products and said it works amazingly well so again fingers crossed.

Thirdly we have Tea Tree Water
"Toner Water Comes to the aid of skin that has emergencies, Tea tree is a wonder oil for anyone with oily or spot prone skin. It has antibacterial, antiseptic and antimicrobal properties.
Where the skin needs balancing, where there are spots, gentle tea tree is just the job". This sounds perfect for me and its super easy to use as you just spritz it all over your face when needed even over make-up ladies, winner!!

"Stops you making a mountain out of a molehill, you know those times when you get one or two spots and it throws you into panic? Well, this mask is here to lend you a bit of perspective, to tell you to calm down, it’s not the end of the world and it’s nothing that can't be sorted. Basically, this is your best mate in a pot". I love the sound of this face mask, just what I need and I also cant express how amazing it smells!!!! I kinda want to eat it haha!

Okay so my last 2 products are not for my problem skin but I was drawn to them like a moth to a flame because well.. one is bright pink and the other one is glittery!!

Okay so we have BubbleGum Lip Scrub

How amazingly pink is this im in love, so this is an exfoliator for the lips, again I have seen so many rave reviews on this product, it smells amazing and makes an amazing base for lipstick. In the words of lush "scrub and buff your lips to softness, lick off the excess then apply your favourite Lush lip balm".

Its soooooo glittery!!! I was really intrigued by this product not only does it look really cool it smells amazing, you use this just like a bar of soap I thought it would dissolve or fall apart but it doesn't at all as the lady demonstrated it to me in a bowl of water, im looking forward to using this jelly.

So there's my haul I really hope these products can come to my rescue and help out my skin. I will do a Full review on the products after I have used them for a while so stay tuned for that. Thank you for reading, please leave me your comments I always reply to them. Do you like Lush? What are your favourite Lush Products?

Beach Hair Without the Beach ♥

Hello my lovelies I hope your all well.
So summer is on the horizon and I don't know about you  but I like to make my 'summer' beauty routine as simple and as natural as possible especially when it comes to my hair. I thought I would share with you the products and tools I use to create 'Beach waves' on my hair, I love the 'beachy' look its perfect for summer and so quick and effortless to achieve.

So there's a few posey piccies just to show you how my hair looks.

The Products And Tools Used.

Wash and dry your hair as you normally would, I often find it works better if you allow your hair to dry naturally but if you don't have the time or patience for this then it will still work perfectly on 'rough' blow-dried hair, also apply any leave-in treatments or heat protectors that you usually would use this wont affect the outcome at all.

So once my hair is dry I use my Mark Hill 'Wicked Wave Wand', when I first got this I thought I would be sitting in front of the mirror for hours like I did when I used to use a curling tong but my god this is the BEST hair tool ever the results it gives are amazing and its so quick to use, I would say to get all my hair wavy it takes me about 10 minutes if that even when I am wearing my extensions which are 22" it still takes only 10 minutes or so, I'll find a picture of me with my extensions in so you can see the results on longer hair also.

Once I have waved my Hair with my Wave Wand I use Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray, This is a Great product and an amazing dupe for the famous Bumble and Bumble surf spray. I spray a load in to my hands and then scrunch my hair from root to tip and shape it how I want to, by all means spray it directly on to your hair I just find it easier putting in in to my hands. It has great staying power and really does hold your style and it smells lovely and summery also.

My hair is very thick and frizzy so just for extra insurance I also use 'V05 Give me  texture Tousled spray' again I spray this in to my hands and scrunch it through my hair, this product isn't a salt spray more of like a gel/hairspray but IT DOES NOT make your hair crispy at all, its still very movable and soft to touch.

Lastly just for that Big Hair look I use 'V05 plump It Up Dry Backcomb Spray' This is a root booster so I spray on to my roots and rough my hair up, it saves backcombing your hair as this spray does it all for you. perfect.

when im in a rush or feeling lazy I skip the Wave Wand and Apply the salt spray directly to wet hair and leave it to dry naturally it still gives really lovely results when used this way. Salt spray would be a winner to take on holiday especially if your like me and constantly in and out of the pool, avoid those bad pool hair styles by spaying this in after your swim :)

I hope you have enjoyed my post please leave me you comments I will always reply to you, what products do you love for your hair? If you have any suggestions let me know I always love to find new products :)

Ohh just quickly here is a photo of me wearing extensions which I have styled with my Wave Wand.

My Bargain Make-Up Storage ♥

Hello girlies.

I thought I would share with you my lovely new make-up storage, I am in love with it and you wont believe how much it all cost :)

Okay so my make-up collection was kinda taking over my whole room, I had vanity cases, make-up bags, random boxes and make-up just all over my floor, it was a little ridiculous not to mention a massive pain in the bum when trying to find things so I decided to have a little nose online at what other people were using for storage and I found loads of people were loving Ikea so I took a cheeky late night trip.

I found some drawers which were just perfect, big enough to fit everything in but at the same time small enough to look pretty in my bedroom. the drawers are called Helmer (white) and they were an amazing £25!!!!!!!!!!

As you can see there are 6 draws which is plenty, and yes I have labelled them because that's just the massive compulsive sado I am :) so we have first draw Base make-up, second draw Eyes and Palettes, third draw Lips, fourth draw Skin Care, fifth draw Hair Products and lastly sixth draw Hair Tools.

I wont show you inside all the draws as you will be here all night going through all my pictures but here's a sneak peak :)

I also brought 2 plant pots...plant pots I hear you say but wait for it they double up as super cute Brush holders......

They are made from metal so they are super sturdy and just how cute are they I love them!! This is the best bit they were SO cheap, the one on the left holding the make-up brushes was £2 and the slightly bigger one with the hairbrushes was £3 AMAZING!!!

As I said above I purchased the drawers and the plant pots from Ikea and it came to a whopping.....£30 wow!! The quote canvas I brought from a local gift shop for £8 and the mirror was a Christmas gift however I think its from Debenhams. As you may or may not know Ikea is flat pack central so I did have to ask my lovely boyfriend to put up the drawers but im not kidding it took him about 10 minutes if that, it would of taken me all year!!

I hope you have enjoyed my post maybe I have inspired a few of you to go for an Ikea adventure or you can have a look online, Please leave me your comments I love to read them and will always reply to you also if you have any good storage ideas please share as I still have an obscene amount of making hiding away.
